All new clients will prepay for sessions
I have a no refund policy. There are no refunds for Gift Certificates, or Massage Series. All Prepaid Sessions, Gifts Certificates or Series are good for 1 year from the date of purchase. Whole or remaining Prepaid sessions, Massage series or Gifts Certificates, are transferable one time only.
At this time I understand that things can happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or email me at least 24 hours notice in advance. If you have prepaid an appointment, the fees will be applied to the next scheduled appointment. I can be reached at 620-391-1036 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have prepaid for a service and have not contacted me and missed your scheduled session, the amount will be applied for missed service. . If you have not prepaid for a service, you will be required to prepay for future services or pay a deposit to hold your appointment time.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the “full” session scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Medical Intake Form (Very Important)
Please complete the online medical intake form prior to your session, sent as a link within your appointment confirmation email to your registered email address. If you don't find or receive the email with the online medical intake form link, please check your email Spam folder, or contact me so I can resend it.
